General Terms and Definitions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the 96ok platform and its users. By accessing 96ok.cam, registering, or using any of its services, you fully accept the following terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times).
• For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing.
• The welcome bonus can only be used once.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period from when the bonus is received.
• There may be restrictions on betting in certain games using bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Misuse of bonuses (arbitrage, use through multiple accounts, etc.) will result in account closure and bonus cancellation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the 96ok platform:

Betting Policy

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 96ok may consider refunding the bet amount.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined according to server logs.
• If an error (bug) or abnormal situation is detected in any game, the result of that round may be voided.

Game Provider Rules

The rules of PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and other game providers apply. The relevant rules for each game can be found within the game itself. If there is a conflict between a game provider's rules and 96ok's rules, 96ok's rules will take precedence.

Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

VIP and Loyalty Program

96ok has a five-tier VIP program for its loyal members. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP Terms

• VIP tier upgrades depend on activity and loyalty and are determined at 96ok's discretion.
• Cashback applies only to net losses.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable.
• 96ok reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 96ok platform. Violation of any of these may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Behaving inappropriately toward platform staff.
• Managing an account on behalf of a third party or selling an account.

Account Suspension and Closure

96ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
